美國玩具產品CPSC和CPC被拒絕原因 Z近問起CPC認證的朋友特別多，在沒認識我之前，有些已經找了別的機構辦理CPC證書，仍然無法過審。

To move forward with the approvals process for your product, please resubmit the document with the following updated information:· US importer or domestic manufacturer name, mailing address, contact information located in United States解答：美國進口商信息是目前CPC證書Z容易出錯的原因之一，此條的解決方案目前有六種，涉及個人經驗，需要了解的可以咨詢。
七、 Product description or product identifier enabling us to make an accurate determination that the certificate is issued for the correct product解答：提示CPC證書里面缺少ASIN或產品型號和product description（產品描述）。
導致此問題的原因是CPC模板有問題，無法與CPC測試報告和Listing建立上聯系。
用正確的CPC證書模板修改即可解決。
八、In order to move forward with the approval process, please submit the Children’s Product Certificate (CPC) that is issued by the manufacturer, importer, or private labeler based on the guidelines stated in the Consumer Product Safety Commission website.The CPC that has been previously provided cannot be accepted as it is issued from the testing laboratory.解答：上面我們說過，CPC的本質是一份自我聲明，是由進口商或者制作商簽發的（實際操作中，多數情況都是由貿易商自主簽發），只有CPC的測試報告是由檢測機構蓋章簽發的。
不能用檢測機構蓋章的CPC證書，用了大概率過不了審核，此條很容易解決。
九、Contact information for the individual maintaining records, including name, full mailing address, email address, and telephone number解答：在CPC證書上加上測試結果維護聯系人信息就可以了，很簡單。
十、The registration card submitted for your product did not include all of the following:? Name of the manufacturer or private labeler? Date of manufacture? Manufacturer contact information(U.S. address and telephone number, toll-free if available)? Model name and number解答：沒有提供注冊卡，或者是注冊卡的信息填寫錯誤導致。
注冊卡的本質是在美國已經支付過郵費的，需要足夠的經驗去制作。
涉及到需要提供注冊卡的商品一般是耐用的嬰兒消費品，并且危險程度相對較高。
比如圍欄、門欄、背帶、學步車、搖籃、高腳椅等等。
填寫內容比較復雜，不易解釋。
需要請咨詢。
十一、圖片必須包含所有以下相關信息：安全信息和注冊卡、合規標志（包括追蹤標簽）、商品危險警告解答：此項涉及個人的經驗，具體請咨詢。
認證機構很多，懂亞馬遜規則又能做出符合對應要求的認證，這就需要經驗豐富的人員進行對接，Z有價值的并非認證本身，而是足夠的經驗支撐順利過審亞馬遜。
十二、The tracking label images submitted does not include all of the following:? Images showing tracking label present on the physical product.? Images showing tracking label present on product packaging.? Manufacturer or private labeler (distributor) name and address解答：產品本體和包裝，都要體現追蹤標簽。
提供產品實拍圖的時候，需要注意角度和信息足夠證明產品符合安全法規和標簽法規的要求。
十三、Your product has been approved as a parent product.Parent products are non-buyable entities that are used to relate child products. We do not require safety compliance documentation to be submitted for parent products as these products cannot be purchased.解答：父體總是被檢測到提交合規性文件，開CASE得到的答復又說父體不用提交報告。
這本身和亞馬遜的要求是相互矛盾的。
大多數情況，只需要提供子體的合規文件即可，父體的審核會在子體都過審后自動消失；少數情況是仍然要求父體的資料，可以理解為Amazon的系統bug，如果過了后臺要求的文件提交截止時間，父體會被移除，可以重新合并變體，并問客服給一個新的父體。

在亞馬遜后臺可以查詢到相關資料，后臺的資料其實并非完整，還有其他要求不滿足，仍然會被駁回 。
