SN65HVD251收發器支持5kbs的波特率，電磁輻射較TJA1040T的更小，并且三者保持管腳兼容，區別在于SN65HVD251的差分電壓幅度較大。
MC33901收發器支持5kbs波特率，同樣具有電磁輻射較小的特點，在各種波特率下均無出現嚴重的過沖現象，但該芯片的使用必須將5引腳連接到一起，替換原來芯片時，需更改PCB電路設計。

偶發異常測試在研發過程中，偶發異常是經常會遇到的情況，排查起來相當痛苦，因為偶發異常的不去確定性導致難以判斷發生時間，異常波形的形狀又無法確認，沒辦法通過示波器觸發出來。
偶發異常可能一天若干次，也有可能一周若干次，而示波器存儲深度小，無法記錄。
ZDL6示波記錄儀可選2T硬盤，記錄波形長可達5天，配備雙捕獲功能，長時間的趨勢數據通常采用低采樣率采集趨勢數據，但突發的高度瞬態異常信號需要采用高采樣率捕捉。
