一臺儀器實現多種用途，極大地精簡了測試設備，并優化了測試流程。
以下重點介紹下我司IT64的Simulator功能在實際使用環境中的應用。
IT64雙極性電源系列Simulator功能界面圖Soc表示電池容量百分比，Voc表示電池開路電壓，Q表示電池容量，Vt表示電池端電壓，Res表示電池內阻，I表示電池充/放電電流。
外部干擾——電子設備或系統以外的因素對線路、設備或系統的影響。
外部高電壓、電源通過緣漏電而干擾電子線路、設備或系統。
外部大功率的設備在空間產生很強的磁場，通過互感耦合干擾電子線路、設備或系統。
空間電磁對電子線路或系統產生的干擾。
工作環境溫度不穩定，引起電子線路、設備或系統內部元器件參數改變造成的干擾。
電磁干擾的傳播途徑1.當干擾源頻率較高，且干擾信號波長比被干擾對象結構尺寸小，則干擾信號可認為是輻射場，以平面電磁波形式向外輻射電磁場能量，并進入被干擾對象的通路。
從這個角度上看，頻譜分析儀更適合測量晶體頻率。
2儀器測量頻率的精度從下面兩個方面來分析儀器的哪些參數影響到測量精度-內部時鐘精度-測量值分辨率初步定性分析，頻率計作為業測試設備，內部時鐘精度不差，從定期的儀器校驗結果看，精度高于1m，特別是它的分辨率12bit是非常高的；頻譜分析儀的時鐘精度看上去也可以，1Hz的分辨率滿足測試要求，但實際掃描到功率峰值的頻率是否穩定還需要驗證；而示波器的時鐘精度看上去與前兩者相差并不大，但需要考慮到：量化誤差（前端信號采集系統的8位ADC引起的信號幅度測量誤差）引起的垂直電平測量不準確性，以及采樣率不足等因素都會引起水平軸的測量誤差，終導致頻率值測量誤差，其分辨率情況需要實測驗證。
